Jessica Alba and husband Cash Warren were leaving a restaurant when a photographer from the ever popular TMZ cast was ran over on the foot. The photographer then complained about his foot hurting and was taken to the hospital.Luckily, no one was seriously injured. However, if the paparazzi are going to continue this type of abuse against celebrities sooner or later it's not going to end up so lucky. The LAPD released this statement: "A TMZ photographer was attempting to video tape the couple and got in the way of Warren's vehicle as Warren attempted to drive away." The police say no crime has been committed.

Jessica Marie Alba was born in Pomona, California in 1981. As a child she moved often because her father was in the Air Force. Shortly after being born her family moved to Biloxi, Mississippi. Then after a few years they moved back to California, then to Del Rio,Texas and finally back to Southern California.

Jessica Alba knew she wanted to become an actress at an early age. By age twelve she had taken acting classes and signed with an agent. In 1994 (age 12) she landed her first roll in the movie Camp Nowhere. Shortly after her first movie she was cast in the nickelodeon show Secret world of Alex Mack.

After appearing as a guest in multiple shows Jessica finally had a break throgh, She was cast as the leading role inDark Angel. This series only lasted two seasons, but it was this show that gave her the notice to jump from television seris to the big screen.

After her lead in Dark Angel Alba starred in many movies. Some of the most noticable include: Sin City, Fantastic Four,Into the Blue,Good Luck Chuck, and The Eye.

In May 2008, Alba married longtime boyfriend Cash Warren, whom she met on the set of the The Fantastic Four. Alba gave birth to a baby girl, Honor Marie Warren, on June 7, 2008 in Los Angeles.
