Jessica Alba and husband Cash Warren were leaving a restaurant when a photographer from the ever popular TMZ cast was ran over on the foot. The photographer then complained about his foot hurting and was taken to the hospital.Luckily, no one was seriously injured. However, if the paparazzi are going to continue this type of abuse against celebrities sooner or later it's not going to end up so lucky. The LAPD released this statement: "A TMZ photographer was attempting to video tape the couple and got in the way of Warren's vehicle as Warren attempted to drive away." The police say no crime has been committed.
